PROCESSING TIMES

 


All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.


Because many of our pieces are made to order or produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 


 

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

 


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

 


Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees.

 


 

 

DELAYS

 


We are not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • high seasonal demand

 


Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

 


 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 


Fog & Filament is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help

 

 


 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

 


Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 


 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of packaging

 


We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 


 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 


International orders may be subject to:

 

  • customs fees

  • import duties
